DOT Requests Stakeholder Feedback (ANPRM)

On 7/5/2023, the DOT has published an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM), HM-265A, which solicits stakeholder feedback and input on a variety of topics. You may view the rulemaking here. This document requests feedback on mostly fairly broad topics, such as updating standards incorporated by reference, DCE & Registered Inspector definitions and requirements, and in-service test & inspection requirements, among others. NJP Engineering is developing a response, which will be posted on this website when complete.
